Great Clean Building

Pros

Well maintained, clean building with doormen Elevator Super helpful and friendly handyman Never had pest issues

Cons

Location was just ok - had to walk a couple avenues to the subway and a lot of places closed on the weekends because they cater to corporate clients

Love this apartment!

Pros

The doorman and staff are great, location is convenient and safe, and amenities are well updated and maintained.

Cons

A handful of roaches in the summer (not too bad, and when we kept our bathroom sink drain shut they mostly stopped showing up)
