Solid Apartment Building
Pros
Low number of units, main room gets great light. Super and building management pretty responsive.
Cons
No washer/dryer in building, heat can be iffy during winter.
Advice to the owners
If there was better heat

Maintenance (as in cleaning halls & the garbage handling) is great.

Super. Anyone in the Office. Super. Water pressure. Super. Heat. Super. Cracks in walls. Super. Pests. Super.
