Responsive super Landlord takes ages to respond Overall areas are clean, the laundry could improve in cleanliness but it's okay
Cons
We had an issue with roaches but super was very responsive and worked with the exterminator. Sometimes the heat can be hit or miss, but overall okay.
Advice to the owners
Have a clear policy about ring cameras, it is anoying the fasct some neighbors installed them and tey record everything without next-door or front-door's neighbors consent.

The super is always available and very helpful.
Cons
The landlord is a company that is very unresponsive. You can call them and not get an answer for days or they will tell you to discuss something with the super and the super will tell you to discuss with landlord in an endless cycle.
Advice to the owners
Landlord should be more responsive over the phone.
