Nice Condo building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is wonderful
Cons:
When renting you are at the mercy of the individual apartment owner. Had a bad experience with one. Condo board is slow to review applications for renters. Communication with management company is difficult. Fees to rent are very high
Advice to owner:
If you plan to rent, know what the fees are

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well maintained, attentive and helpful building staff, live-in super, package room
Cons:
Renters don’t have access to storage units, renters aren’t always kept in the loop on board decisions or building updates (e.g., construction), gym had been closed since Covid with no signs of reopening due to major construction in the basement, not enough washers/dryers in laundry room
Advice to owner:
Expand the laundry room!

Really enjoyed living here and would move back
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great staff, community of neighbors was lovely, fantastic location. Would move back.
Cons:
Don’t live near the chutes. Water bugs - gross. I had roaches once but it was during COVID when everyone left. Management had an exterminator come right away and it got resolved so that was good.
Advice to owner:
None - really pleased with the management of the building.
