Great, place to live, clean building

Pros:
Beautiful spacious units, clean building, helpful super. Management team was always responsive.
Cons:
No complaints for me.
Advice to owner:
add lockbox for packages.

Great building but mgmt...

Pros:
Great neighbors, new build, convenient commute, two rooftops, lots of light inside
Cons:
Getting a reply on issues from landlord like getting a lease renewal took months (we were living here without a lease for a while after the current one expired). She’s always “at the bank” or “will get it to you by the end of the week”. An issue multiple tenants have had.

Lots of packages and a couple bikes have been stolen. The mailbox is broken and the front door is glass and has been broken into multiple times. No security upgrades despite requests.

Laundry in basement is coin operated, but there’s no coin machine. No banks in the area to get quarters from that are less than a 20 min walk away.
Advice to owner:
Update security, fix the mailbox, take tenant concerns more seriously and address them in a reasonable timeframe.
