Do not bother here

Pros:
I love my corner apartment. You get sunlight all day.
Cons:
The walls in the hallway are never properly fixed as paint peels after it’s been “fixed”, the stairs break constantly, black mold has happened, gas leaks have been on going recently and there has been absolutely no attempts to fix the issue. The landlord does NOT care except about the money he doesn’t use towards fixing the building and the apartments.
Advice to owner:
Sell this building to someone who actually cares about people and not just money.
