Great Building Overall
Pros
The apartments are recently renovated, bright, quiet and have a great layout. All rooms had AC units and heaters. New appliances in the kitchen. The location is amazing. The building is clean and well taken care of. Management was easy to get ahold of if any issues came up. I would certainly recommend living here.
Cons
Garbage would occasionally pile up in the first floor if it wasn't taken out frequently enough. Rarely a big issue just unsightly.
Advice to the owners
Maybe get another trashcan for the garbage room.

Pros
Super spacious - huge living space, large bedrooms. In unit laundry, private outdoor space. Nice kitchen. only 2 units in the building.
Cons
Heat was broken for around a month and mgmt was initially unresponsive. Faced a similar issue with the washer. One of the bathrooms seemed not to be properly ventilated - grew mold and pink bacteria
