great building great super
Pros
super comes right away if something is wrong, and the management office is reliable over phone and email. great neighbors and great restaurant across the street. we have lived here for a year and only had to kill like two bugs ever, which is a win for New York (and the super came to spray the next day).
Cons
living spaces are dark, though bedrooms are sunny. dryer is the slowest ever but fine because doing laundry here is so cheap. the units are kinda expensive. no real roof and the back patio is a little forgotten about but has potential.

Cons
- hallways are definitely a bit musty, occasional stench (but is fixed when flagged) - the odd roach but nothing crazy - not a single closet in the entire apartment
