CLEAN SO SO CLEAN Live in super that is very responsive Renovated kitchen and apartment Sunlit apartments Really spacious A lot of storage Heat works really well The landlord is incredibly nice and straightforward Walking distance from the N/W train Walking distance from so many grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, park, hospital and urgent care INCREDIBLE location overall Very fair rent Quiet - you can barely hear any sounds from the neighbors packages are taken care of and as safe as they can be considering they are being dropped off in the lobby NO BUGS OR PESTS not a single one!
Cons
These aren’t really unexpected cons these are just things I wish they had in the apartment: I wish I didn’t have to purchase and AC but it’s NYC lol The bathroom is pretty small but I’m really not bothered by it but it wouldn’t suck to have a bigger bathroom No washing and dryer in the building at all but the closest laundromat is less than a two min walk and there are some pick up/drop off options No dishwasher but the kitchen is decent sized so you can’t have everything
