Good building to live in
Pros
Location, super is responsive, laundry , trash always taken out on time, elevator always works
Cons
Lobby/hallway could be cleaned slightly more

Cons
The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I saw about 10 roaches in my apartment over the summer. The exterminator said the place is infested. Management is horrible at responding to any issues, building is dirty and old
Advice to the owners
Burn this building down
