Great landlord, horrible building maintenance!
Pros
Quite neighbors, but very noisy street with protesters at the park.
Cons
Buildings super and staff does awful repairs in the apartment. Can’t be bothered to finish anything they started unless you hassle your landlord and he does the same to the super. The hallways are never cleaned, and the carpet looks like they haven’t been vacuumed in ten years. My landlord is great, but the maintenance itself needs some attention. The few things that needed to be done were never completed. Also, the hot water levels are highly inconsistent.
Advice to the owners
Ensure commodities and ensure repairs will be made in a timely fashion.
