Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Buildings managed by Michael Aryeh present a mixed tenant experience. Many renters praise the presence of helpful live-in supers, generally good locations, and spacious apartments with amenities like in-unit laundry. There is appreciation for rent-stabilized options and attentive management in some buildings. However, recurrent issues include pest infestations (roach, rodent), slow or unresponsive management, inconsistent heating (especially in winter), and cleanliness concerns in common areas and garbage management. Noise from neighbors or surroundings is a notable complaint in some buildings. Improvements suggested include timely maintenance, better pest control, building repairs, and enhanced communication to increase tenant satisfaction.
