Lived here since it open

Pros

Building is nice. The price point is quite on the spot. Spacious layout. Nice doorman. Great Amenities.

Cons

The walls are thin. It is really easy to hear the sound from the next door. The elevator never works together so usually there’s a wait. Garbage room is usually messy. I don’t really know why some tenants (at least on my floor) don’t really know how to properly process the waste.
