Loud but cute building
Pros
-Central location between Williamsburg, LES, & the East Village -No issues with bugs, trash, landlord, etc. -Spacious for 3 people and recently renovated

-Loud due to location near bridge (very busy street out front)

Pros
I was so incredibly sad to have to move out of this building. Great location, very well-maintained building, never saw any pests, responsive super, incredibly accommodating management. We were forced into a situation where we had to break our lease and management waived the fee for us after we explained the situation, and we got our security deposit back no problem.
Cons
Fairly noisy due to proximity to Houston and we had some occasionally rowdy neighbors, but nothing out of the ordinary for NYC. For our unit specifically, we had some minor mold issues in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms due to poor ventilation, but the super responded to these quickly.
