Great location & minimal issues

Pros

Location, clean building, minimal maintenance issues, renovated, in unit washer and dryer, no bugs/rodents

Cons

Electric healing and cooling + thin windows = high electricity bills, N 9th can be noisy and walls are thin, trash piles up outside as non-residents also put things in the trash

Walk up, no windows in common room
