Great place for the price!

Pros

The super is great and attentive to the building. Fantastic location. Management is responsive. Never had a package stolen in the 3 years. If you live in the back of the building it is dead silent and great light.

Cons

Front door is annoying to open and finnicky. Delivery people will buzz your apt even if it's not your package so it can be frustrating if you are working or on a call. Small bathrooms but clean.

Advice to the owners

Redo the stair well carpet.

Pros

Location is great with food and things to do just steps away! Team is very responsive

Cons

Unless you make 80x the rent each tenant needs to pay the guarantor fee (even if combined you and your roommate make 80x)
