Nice finishes, but noisy from 2nd ave
Pros
The apartment I lived in was nicely remodeled and had a washer dryer in unit.
Cons
The all in one washer dryer didnt work well. It would also get extremely hot when the dryer was on, which was not ideal in the summer. The water temps were tough to control. Not sure if it was a 5th floor issue or not, but it took sometimes 10 minutes to get hot water. Finally, the noise from 2nd avenue was too much for me, so i had to move.
Advice to the owners
Figure out the water temp issues.
