Beware of 92 Morningside Avenue

Pros

We had a great building that was well ran but management wanted to cut costs and let the Super go.

Cons

No one onsite and things falling apart. Lease over soon and out of here. Management does not listen to the tenants or care. This is a big building an all done remote.

Incredible apartment, no complaints

Pros

Remarkably clean, newly renovated, well managed. Great building, staff, and tenants!

Cons

Slight issue with heating during snowstorm, but quickly resolved.
