It's good, but be cautious

Building is newer and the gym is great

Cons

Management is challenging. They regularly will promise to get to something with urgency, but they'll just not follow through. There were several issues with unauthorized people getting into the building. They took no action until another tenant posted information. I imagine the building will become ripe with cockroaches. Saw many in the trash room, only a matter of time until they spread to units.
