Roaches! Mice! but Good location!

Pros

Location to Columbia, the train, and grocery stores. Natural charm with wood trim in rooms

Cons

Heat would go out, one radiator never worked, roaches and mice. The exterminator tried his best but we could never fully feel like there wouldn’t be cockroaches or mice.

Advice to the owners

Fully seal more units.

Former tenant·5 months ago

great place to live, some drawbacks

Pros

residential street, safe area

Cons

noisy upstairs neighbors (not sure if thin floors/ceilings or actually noisy neighbors) - you can hear everything (footsteps, voices, TV, drawers closing, furniture moving) occasional roaches, barely any natural light
