A lot to work on
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment layout
Easy parking
Cons:
Music playing in front of the premises
Lots of activity in lobby and in the front
during after hours
You can hear your neighbors conversation through the wall
You will freeze during winter- this old radiator makes noise all night but no heat
The water pressure is so dangerous the hot water will literally burn your skin
Advice to owner:
You have Surveillance you should you use it so that your hard working tenants don’t have to deal with the constant music playing all hours of the day and the drug activity in the hallways
