Good location, most bedrooms are a livable size given the fact that its a 5-bed. living room spacious.

Slumlords own this place. rare responses from super when we try to contact about our issues. Mice and roaches, MOLD !!!! The Super let his homeless friend SQUAT in the fourth floor unit. Very scary running into him in the halls. The door that opens to the street does not properly lock, and the crowd of homeless men who live outside the door know how to open it, AND DO!!!! Management has done nothing to fix this. PLS AVOID THIS PLACE

These units are illegally being leased as 5 bedroom apartments. One of the bedrooms has no window or real door and is not legal. Beware, there are active vacate notices from NYBD on units #4 and #2.
