Location is great for those working in Midtown, someone available at front desk 24/7
Cons
Management completely unresponsive, we lost power for over 12 hours in record breaking NYC heat and had no communication from management at all

Best area to be in when new to the city. Clean rooms with cleaning too. A lot of amenities
