My personal opinion of unit
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is very quiet and calm neighborhood. The neighbors are really nice and communicate really well. When there is an issue, our responsiveness is very adequate.
Cons:
Admittedly, the space is really tight. The building has us on top of one another. Our landlord doesn’t always give a heads up ahead of time to inform us of an inconvenience. For example, if the water is turned off, or if there’s a leak. Communication can be a little lackluster.
