Great doorman building

Pros

Everyone who works in the building is so incredibly nice and helpful. They are always responsive and the trash rooms were kept very clean.

Cons

You can control if the heat is on or off, but you can’t set a specific temperature. We did have mice one year, but the exterminator came the next day we asked.

Always have a doormen watching Packages are well organized and collected No pests - not even bugs Friendly staff Quick maintenance service

Cons

Heating and cooling only at certain times of the year - wouldn’t turn on AC during heat wave One room had no window and no ventilation so very hot year round

Advice to the owners

Provide workaround for lack ventilation, otherwise great management!
