Non-responsive super and landlord

Pros

The neighbors were nice. Finishes and floors were lovely. Good kitchen, nice layout.

Cons

The super never responded. He refused to help with major issues and was rude in responding. One of the owners was a mess and terrified the children.

Be kinder to your tenants.
