- Stellar Management is AWFUL - (c) openigloo Lots of apartments are filled (c) openigloo with massive families (my neighboring (c) openigloo apartment has 12 people living (c) openigloo in it, 4 parents and (c) openigloo 8 (!) children) It’s LOUD. - (c) openigloo Absolutely no building or apartment (c) openigloo maintenance - Super is absolutely hopeless (c) openigloo - massive language barrier for (c) openigloo English speakers, and also just (c) openigloo really not able to resolve (c) openigloo issues of any kind. - (c) openigloo tons of heat and hot (c) openigloo water issues. Apt was 55-60 (c) openigloo degrees all winter.

Maintain your apartments better, don’t raise the rent to the legal max every year if you’re not doing anything to maintain the building.
