Good building to live in

Pros

Great building to live in never had any issues with rodents, cockroaches, etc. never had any issues with management they were always very responsive to any issues we had. Beautiful view out the living room windows.

Cons

Bedrooms were a bit on the smaller side but that is a matter of opinion. If you’re up for that than no issues otherwise.

Pros

Always clean, smaller building with only 10 units so stays quiet. Never had issues with pests or bugs. Never had anything break or not work within the apartment

Cons

Packages can sometimes be taken an no cameras in the lobby. No laundry. Management company isn’t super kind. Trash space is kind of gross.
