Solid Apartment but Small

Pros

It is a good building with recently renovated units. While small, everything is there and functional

Cons

The half dishwasher would occasionally breakdown but management was responsive in fixing it. Because of the small footprint of the apartment, it could get quite hot in the summer if you were cooking and doing laundry at the same time.
