Stuytown buildings are generally very clean, pest free, and quiet.

Large bedrooms, safe and secure mail collection system, great laundry room, quick and functional elevators, good intercom system, safe

Cons

No roof or outdoor space access, rent is unfathomably high considering the buildings history. Stuytown being acquired by BlackRock was the worst thing that could have happened to it.

Advice to the owners

Lower the rent! These are historically safe apartments for veterans and the working class!
