Decent building, hard to get good repairs

Pros

Very few problems with pests, heat, water, etc. Super lives in the building and is responsive. Rent stabilized.

Cons

Issues were given bandaid fixes rather than solutions and sometimes “repairs” made things worse. Post office next door can be loud when the trucks are loading.
