- Close to train - Not too far from all the stores/shopping in Williamsburg - Very minimal design

Close to subway and clean

Pros

Really clean and nice, super is very attentive. Prime location!! Everything is new and clean.

Cons

Just the room on the side of highways is noisy even with the noise proof window. Heat is through electricity and bill is high.
