Great Apartment but it's ABC
Pros
Rent stabilized, updated bathroom/ kitchen, landlord really let us do whatever we wanted in terms of updates or little changes , landlord is very responsive, the super is the nicest guy EVER
Cons
Roaches (you can manager this if you work with the pest control people/ keep your space clean) Mice (We properly sealed up all cracks and holes with steel wool and cocking and managed to take care of this issue)

Love this apartment!
Pros
Building management is great! Very responsive, personable, and takes action quickly if there is ever any issues. The building is kept clean and the neighbors are nice.
Cons
Sometimes the building gets cold in the winter, but it’s an old building so understandable. The super helped us fix our baseboard heat a few times last winter
Advice to the owners
Better heating system
