Pros

Spacious apartments, even studios Clean, elevators, doormen, responsive staff Laundry in building Dishwashers in unit Near Central Park Next to the 6 train Two grocery stores on the block

Cons

Heating is too hot and is not controlled by the tenant. Air conditioner is loud and cooled air is concentrated near the A/C unit No balcony or outdoor space

Affordable Residency Housing

Pros

Great doormen. Spacious units. Very affordable rent. If you are a Mount Sinai resident highly recommend staying in Sinai Housing albeit would rank this lower than the Park Avenue apartments.

Cons

Small kitchens, outdated finishings, ambulance noise.
