No one lives here for very long!
Pros
Spacious, relatively cheap, amazing location
Cons
I’ve struggled with extremely noisy, nasty neighbors for years. The building is constructed with paper (can hear conversations above and below me); poor window insulation; insufficient heating. Landlord is unresponsive and does not deal with complaints sent over email. I will be moving soon and contributing to the average stay of less than 3 years.
Advice to the owners
Read your emails. Respond to noise complaints. Discipline tenants who are not complying with the lease.

Decent Building, Bad Neighbors and Mgmt
Pros
Apt size is very good, elevator building, laundry in building
Cons
Bad Neighbors, Unorganized package system, Mgmt unresponsive and shady, unresponsive super, elevators often broken
Advice to the owners
Hire competent super, be up front about issues
