Not bad but worn down. COLD
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that I could afford it at the time. The owner is nice but does everything himself so it can be difficult to get things done.
Cons:
The window sill in the bathroom was just falling apart. Floors were uneven. So so so cold in the winter. I would wear multiple layers to bed and dread getting out of bed in the morning. Absolutely frigid. Also, no good sized closets.
Advice to owner:
Fix the heating issue! That is the main problem. Everything else is doable.
