Stay away from this frat house

Cons
The building owner is lazy as shit; the Super takes forever to address any issues. Tenants are filthy; leave nasty garbage in the hallway. Garbage is always overfilled and blocks the main door. Throw up on the carpeted hallways/ stairs.... Cockroaches throughout the building; in the hallways and in your apartment. House parties throughout the building often; don't expect to sleep at all weekends or during the week. EDM music until 5 am. Cops don't do shit and the building owner doesn't care. Paper-thin walls; you can hear your neighbors on all sides. The upgrades to the units are not worth the living conditions; lipstick on a really bad and smelly pig.
Advice to the owners
Sell the building or hire a management company that will create a hospitable living place for all tenants. Place is a dump.
