Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for buildings managed by Alfred Sayegh indicate mixed tenant experiences. While some residents appreciate the beautiful apartments and friendly neighbors, several complaints highlight significant management issues, particularly slow responsiveness and pest control failures. Cleanliness and maintenance appear to be consistent concerns, with dirty common areas and unresolved maintenance requests. Although water pressure and heating are generally adequate, many buildings suffer from outdated infrastructure, including old windows that compromise comfort. Overall, prospective tenants should expect a beautiful environment but may face challenges with management responsiveness and building upkeep.

Decent place to live but management sucks

Pros

The apartments are beautiful , great neighborhood, decent super.

Cons

Hornet problem in the summertime that they cannot seem to fix. I have six years of broken promises of them fixing my broken windows. My apartment is freezing in the winter because of the windows. Poorly managed building. Dirty lobby most of the time.

Advice to the owners

Check your windows and stop being an asshole about fixing them.
