STAY AWAY FROM 202 or ANY KAHEN BUILDING

LOCATION-LOCATION-LCOATION Otherwise this building's tenants are rude, filthy, leave garbage, shoes, umbrellas & boxes in hall as if it were their storage closet.

People screaming in hall at all hours, too many AIRBNB's-hotel like situations, men ringing bells middle of night (suspect prostitution), no real recycling, roaches in hall, had suspected rapist-murderer-nuisance in building, MAY have drug/money mules--packages not picked up for weeks & people RINGING ENTRY DOOR bells to get in without keys. JERRY KAHEN'S motto-you don't like it, LEAVE.. NYPD says worst building on block.

Advice to the owners

How about doing the right & LEGAL thing for once instead of having to pay the city fines? Stop the screaming & all night partying in the building.

'Jerry' aka MAJID, stop saying if you don't like it leave & do the right & legal things. New tenants yell in hall, leave garbage, packages, possible money & drug mules, 1 tenant arrested for attempted rape, murder, gun possession-DO DUE DILIGENCE & STOP PUTTING IN ILLEGAL AIRBNB'S instead of being greedy.
