When i moved in. It was from a shelter. And Winston knew that. So it make sense as to why he was the way he was to me The only pro was that I was leaving the shelter system

Please know everything I say is 250% truth. I have receipts for everything!!! This all started when I came to look at the place. Everything that was asked to fix. Wasn't on moving date. My front door is a upside down bathroom door. Even when 311 told him to fix it he didn't!! Everything was clogged and still is. My bathroom sink cooled going on 2yrs now. And he gets made when I turn on the shower to wash my hands. But how does he know that?? He waits till im trying to sleep to talk loudly with his daughter and that can be from 12am -3am. He called the police me cause I started having it on all day when I realized he was listening to my conversation and it only got worse as I got quiet. Him and his daughter called their friend to jump me in the building. He said I hit him. To get the friends on me. He called the police on ne cause he couldn't hear my conversation He's been threatening to call ICE in me and my 2yr He cut the hot water and heat on us just this week. You can pull up all the violations on 311. The daughter brings her friends to size me up all the time. This isn't a good environment at all. And he has threatened to fuck me up cause I had to call 311 for heat. If he's not getting a fine for it he's not fixing it at all. Before I got a new toilet that I had to beg the plumber. Thank God he was feeling me. So I said if you really like me get me a new toilet cause Winston told me that he would have redo the bathroom to put in a proper working toilet. Even during the pandemic I was being bullied for the rent after it was announced to not do that. I have police report as well as eye witness But nothing will never take the cake of him threatening me with a rench 6mons pregnant. Thats recorded!!! And if a father have to tell strangers that his only daughter is a failure and is a leech keep all eyes on him!!! He also charged me $200 to use my ac. He is broke and charges for everything

Don't rent you home if your still in your slumlord era!!!
