The Grove: Nice for mid-twenties
Pros
The super is very responsive. Good management of the outside during snow, rain, etc. Nice furnishes and kitchen appliances.
Cons
Laundry room gets very hot. Some mice issues and bug issues on first floor especially. Latern flies infestation around the building. Only one elevator to the laundry / trash. Recently taken over my Livingston Management who are raising rents significantly.
