Great apartment, however…
Pros
The apartment itself is really nice. When my roommates and I moved in, it was all redone and brand new. Kitchen is beautiful, the laundry works perfect, and all the water functions perfectly. We truly wish we could take the apartment and go somewhere else with it…
Cons
The landlord very responsive in our experience. Wasnt being very helpful during our early battles and he never made sure the apartment was ready to move until we found and contacted the correct people. Pretty much will say he will help, but the outcome doesn’t show any advancements on his end. The super does not live on site since its two units. Really lovely guy, does a lot of things for the whole community, but is also really hard to get ahold of. I do not speak spanish, but my roommates do. He can speak some english but its a bit schoppy. Again, really nice and understanding guy though. Really noisy street. All day, all night. There will be sounds. Lots of homeless people infront of door too which can be really challenging.
Advice to the owners
Fix the front door with the ring cameras, make sure people can safely order packages, if issues do arise - make sure you are the one to finish them or make sure they are finished
