Too many to write. Management company sucks. Very restrictive. Old building with many issues. Heating and cooling problems. Appliances are breaking down constantly. You can hear a lot of noise from surrounding area. Lots of druggies outside. Local businesses were getting broken into next door.

Advice to the owners

Our landlord unit owner didn’t do any repairs or maintenance to the unit. The a/c was failing.
