Elevator building on quiet street. (c) openigloo Accounting team is responsive.
Cons:
Not sure the doorman is (c) openigloo needed given we now have (c) openigloo apps to open the door. (c) openigloo Apartments are older compared (c) openigloo to all the newer construction (c) openigloo in Harlem but still rents (c) openigloo are still high.
Advice to owner:
Maybe update the carpets and lighting throughout the building.

Location is lovely, apartments are (c) openigloo spacious for NYC, pest control (c) openigloo shows up when you ask (c) openigloo them to, super has been (c) openigloo responsive and helpful, building manager (c) openigloo also helped quickly when our (c) openigloo internet spontaneously died and we (c) openigloo had to get a new (c) openigloo cable installed.
Cons:
The building faces 8th Ave, (c) openigloo so there is a lot (c) openigloo of street noise. The heaters (c) openigloo are always way too hot (c) openigloo in the winter, always have (c) openigloo to leave windows open. The (c) openigloo windows don't fully close either, (c) openigloo so it's poorly insulated in (c) openigloo winter. There are roaches, but (c) openigloo they had been pretty well (c) openigloo under control, it's getting questionable (c) openigloo lately. K&R manages the building (c) openigloo and are trying to increase (c) openigloo our rent by more than (c) openigloo $1,100 PER MONTH. Which, okay, (c) openigloo there's inflation. But. This is (c) openigloo truly insane. We know for (c) openigloo a fact that our neighbors (c) openigloo did not face these insane (c) openigloo rent hikes. A 43% increase (c) openigloo on monthly rent is an (c) openigloo eviction notice. Management refusing to (c) openigloo even schedule an in-person meeting (c) openigloo with us to discuss.
Advice to owner:
Charge reasonable rent and be willing to look people in the eye as you screw them over.

The building was comfortable and (c) openigloo in a great location. The (c) openigloo neighbors were always friendly. I (c) openigloo never lost any mail or (c) openigloo anything. It’s in a great (c) openigloo location. Virtual doorman was amazing.

Packages just kind of thrown (c) openigloo about. Windows faced an alleyway.

The super, Evan, is amazing. (c) openigloo He was even helpful after (c) openigloo we moved out and an (c) openigloo item was delivered there in (c) openigloo error. Can’t say enough good (c) openigloo things about him. Concierge was (c) openigloo nice and friendly. Roof terrace (c) openigloo is lovely. Convenient to Morningside (c) openigloo and Central Park. Management always (c) openigloo helpful and responsive. Apartment was (c) openigloo spacious with a large patio.
Cons:
Most neighbors are great, some (c) openigloo are just plain inconsiderate. One (c) openigloo took it upon himself to (c) openigloo harass me and my partner (c) openigloo because one of our dogs (c) openigloo ‘looked’ threatening (even though it (c) openigloo is a service animal and (c) openigloo friendly). Management hosted an event (c) openigloo in the lobby, with a (c) openigloo band, so it was a (c) openigloo very loud couple of hours (c) openigloo on the first floor. Gym (c) openigloo is a little small
