Great value, nice place

Pros

Owner is very responsive and fixes things right away. Good trash management. Overall everything usually works well, few issues. Pretty good deal.

Cons

Walls within the apartment are thin, but I don't hear other units. Can't control the heat in my unit. Pretty normal things, nothing bad to say overall about the place
