Fine if you don’t care about broken stuff

Pros

Affordable, near lots of parks. Great water pressure, great apartment space.

Cons

Extremely delayed response to any maintenance problems. It has taken me months to get things fixed like laundry, roof leaks, etc. The elevator is wonky constantly and will get stuck a lot on the top floor or the basement. The elevator company they use is extremely unreliable and we rarely know when elevator maintenance is happening. There is only one elevator and 6 floors so this is extremely frustrating. There is also trash on many of the floors which is both the residents issue and the management not keeping things cleaner. Also the heat has gone out a couple times recently and we rarely hear about it or get updates.

Advice to the owners

Better communication mostly and FIX THE ELEVATOR

Not the best, could be worse

Pros

Friendly neighbors, laundry in basement

Cons

Not the best managed building. Management is slow to respond. Also, rats in the basement.
