Great Landlord but Terrible Neighbors
Pros
The landlord was always very responsive about fixing things and even came to our rescue quickly a few times when we locked ourselves out.
Cons
It is one unit that has been split into two to be able to rent out to more people. So the apartments are VERY cramped. The cleanliness is fine but there were a few roach incidents. The neighbors on the first floor was SO loud that we had to complain to landlord at some point. The neighbors on the second floor were also illegally renting out their unit to airbnb or something so there were always strangers coming in and out, which didn't feel safe.
