Great super, OK management
Pros
- Super is very responsive, helpful - I was locked out outside of business hours in the evening and within 10 minutes the super helped me back into my apartment. - Building is well-kept, very clean common spaces
Cons
- Construction across the street presents noise and brown water out of the faucets from time to time. Was told this should be expected from management. - Management used to be very responsive in my first year of moving here and steadily declined. - There was an instance in the winter where we had no electricity / heat which I dont’ fault management - but there were delays in sending comms to residence about what to expect and when these utilities were down. Tenants relied on internal group chats to spread information rather than proactive comms from management.
