Landlord in serious violation. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Zero Pros about this place.

Cons

Landlord doesn’t care. Landlord did not fix HVAC for 8 months. Landlord did not fix leaking hole in kitchen ceiling for 6 months. Major construction upstairs for 3 months without notification. Illegal squatter living in basement that is loud and smells. Apartment wasn’t done upon move in. No heat no hot water. DO NOT TRUST THIS LANDLORD AT ALL COSTS!
