Pros
Location is great, very little noise, respectful neighbors
Cons
Big roach problem. Management is very unresponsiveness and doesn’t follow through with maintenance requests. It usually takes 3+ follow-ups for them to address certain issues. Basement floods every time it rains
Positive experiences overall
Pros
The owners have been very responsive to any issues we've had. All such issues have been minor. Overall I've had a very positive experience in this building and would rent again. There is also no fee for pets which is wonderful.
Cons
Heat could be better at times, but it was fine after they fixed it. Also, when I rented the apartment the listing advertised a lush rooftop with chairs and other furniture. The rooftop has since been cleared out, presumably because of some sort of leak, and the reason for this (or timeline for reopening) was not communicated to tenants.
